what is onegreenlove?
simply stated: we make cards. we totally have you covered for the uzesh - happy birthday, anni (coming soon), retirement (coming soon), etc… celebration occasions for family and friends, but we have thank yous, happy holidays and so much more! we are always dropping new ‘ish [releasing our latest designs] and believe it or not, we have a pipeline of pretty paper products that we are always experimenting with because you know how we do - we love to create. specifically with paper :) our products are handmade and inspired by nature. we take substantial measures to make sure our materials / suppliers are USA based.
how long will it take to receive my order?
please allow 1 to 2 business for your item to be handcrafted, carefully packaged and shipped off to addressee.
are onegreenlove’s products made to order?
the products used in the product listing photos are marketing // demo pieces. all products are handmade to order once payment is received.
what types of payment does onegreenlove accept?
onegreenlove accepts visa, master card, american express, discover & paypal
will there be a sales tax added to my order?
will be a 7.75% sales tax added to the subtotal of the order [prior to shipping fee] if it is being shipped to an address CA.
what shipping courier is used to ship onegreenlove’s products?
all products [ U.S. states and territories ] are shipped via the USPS. items are shipped first class and come with tracking
does onegreenlove ship internationally?
currently, we do not ship internationally. we are researching our options and hope to be available for international orders in mid 2025!
does onegreenlove offer expedited shipping?
expedited shipping is available for customers at checkout and buyer incurs all extra costs.
does onegreenlove except returns or exchanges?
due to the nature of our products and that they are made to order once payment is received, we do not accept returns or exchanges. however, we want everyone who purchases our products to be 100% satisfied with their order. if you are not completely satisfied when you receive your order, please send an email to hello@onegreenlove.com ASAP and we will do everything in our power to make things right.
does onegreenlove accept cancelations?
onegreenlove does not accept cancelations. upon finalizing your order and you realize a mistake was made when purchasing your products, please send us an email immediately so we can fix or adjust your order as necessary.
how eco-friendly are onegreenlove’s cards and envelopes?
currently, all greeting cards and envelopes are manufactured in the united states using hydro and wind power and are printed with printers that operate with reduced VOCs emissions.
we know your cards are super eco-friendly, but what about your packaging and shipping supplies?
all items are packaged and wrapped with eco-friendly supplies. they are then shipped in an earth conscious, recycled, totally reusable and biodegradable bubble mailer. the bubble mailer is made in the united states and this nifty little envelope comes equipped with a double adhesive, which makes reusing easy as pie!
are your products available for consignment?
no, but we do offer wholesale should you be interested in having our products in your shop. please see below.
are your products available for wholesale?
unfortunately, our products are not available for wholesale. yet! we are hard at work and hope to have wholesale options in 2025!
there was no invoice included when i received my items. did onegreenlove forget to include one?
customers should receive an email with their invoice when they finalize their order. if you did not receive one when finalizing your order, please send us an email at hello@onegreenlove.com and we can send one on over to ya! we do not include one when we ship our products
your greeting cards are such high quality, what kind of cardstock do you use?
our kraft colored and white cardstock are pH neutral, acid free, archival quality (not museum archival quality) and 80lb cover. our luxe blush line of cardstock is our newest product line we are now offering, and that is 210 g. cover.
